Your Patron experience begins with a Red Carpet Entrance. Our courteous golf cart drivers will meet you at your car and transport you to the Taste of Idyllwild Cocktail Hour which begins promptly at 6:00 pm. A jazz group entertains in the courtyard as Idyllwild’s premier restaurants serve you just a taste of their house specialities.

Inside Nelson Hall, you are treated to an exhibition of 20 years of Jazz in the Pines posters commemorating the event. Relive the memories and applaud the more than 350 volunteers who step up every year to make it a spectacular event for you and a significant fundraiser for students of Idyllwild Arts Academy and Summer Program.

During dinner, the focus is on the renowned and dedicated faculty who help talented students fulfill their visions and gain the confidence and skills necessary to achieve their goals in life.

Two tickets for both days of the festival with reserved amphitheater seating await you at your table. Just pull in to the Patron’s Preferred Parking right on campus the next morning. And don’t worry about waiting in line. Patrons have a Red Carpet Entry gate for Jazz in the Pines.
