Cell Phones are requested to be turned off during performances.

Chairs with backs no higher than 32” will show respect for those who sit
behind you. This applies to large sun hats and sun umbrellas also.

Food and beverages are provided at the festival. There is a broad
selection of foods and beverages to please every palate. State and county
regulations do not permit food, glass or containerized beverages on the
festival grounds with one exception: you may bring sealed bottled water.
Picnic baskets and coolers will not be permitted on the festival grounds.
Alcohol will be confiscated. Attendees may be subject to search by
authorities for security reasons.

Hours for the festival begin with gates opening at 10:00 a.m. The music
begins at 10:30. The thee venues have staggered closing times as follows:
Saturday....the Main Stage closes at 6:00 p.m. followed by the Barn
(Stephens Recital Hall) at 6:30, and the French Quarter at 7:00. Sunday
closing times are; Main Stage, 5:00 p.m, the Barn, 5:30 and the French
Quarter 6:00.

Photos and recordings of performances are restricted. Flash
photography, lasers, and audio or video recording are not permitted. Your
cooperation is appreciated.

Weather in the mountains can be unpredictable. It is best to come
prepared for rain and to bring a sweater or jacket for the coolness of late
afternoon and evening. Don’t forget comfortable shoes for the forest paths.
The festival will take place rain or shine.
