IDYLLWILD Jazz in the Pines is held annually on the forested campus of the Idyllwild Arts Academy at 5,000 feet elevation in the San Jacinto Mountains. The campus is located approximately 1 1/2 miles from the heart of Idylwild where there are a wide variety of shops, restaurants and overnight accommodations. See map below for directions and specific information. There is also continuous complimentary bus service between the music venues and town for your convenience.

Parking on the campus is limited to Patron ticket holders and the handicapped, but there is ample nearby free parking in town or at several attended sites between the highway and the festival, all of which are continuously serviced by air-conditioned vans and buses offering complimentary rides between the parking areas and the main gate of the Jazz festival. For those parking on the campus, there is a fleet of golf carts continuously offering complimentary rides from your car to the main gate (and to the venues for the handicapped).
